What is included with the ticket price?

For less than what you might pay for a single concert ticket, you get a full day of music on two stages, with a great mix of local and national acts.  PLUS, there is a field full of fun activities with inflatables, bungee jumping and a merry-go-round – all included! Your wristband allows you to come and go throughout the day and enjoy all of this for one low price – the only additional money you might spend is on concessions.

What are the hours of the event?

The gates open at 10:00am, and we are done by 10:00pm.

What will happen if it rains on Saturday?
The event is scheduled to go on rain or shine, so you will want to make sure to pack accordingly. In the event of severe weather, local authorities will help us make sure you and your family are safe.

Where do I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the National Sports Center – just follow the signs!

What can I bring?
Blankets

What can’t I bring?
No audio or video equipment
No pets
No outside food or beverages

Can I take pictures?
Sure!  Please no audio or video taping of performances however

Note About Umbrellas:
Umbrellas are only permitted for individuals with a special medical condition that requires them to be out of direct sun light. Joyful Noise asks that those requiring this accommodation make it known to the ticket office representative at the time of purchasing your wristbands and again at the entrance to the event.

• This accommodation is for single person sized umbrellas and all other larger types of umbrellas will not be permitted.
• For safety reasons all umbrellas need to have blunt ends. No pointed ended umbrellas will be allowed into the event site.
• In case of high winds we reserve the right to ask you to put your umbrella away in order to help ensure your safety and those around you.
• Joyful Noise requests that those with an umbrella be courteous of those around them throughout the entire day, so all can have an opportunity to see and enjoy the event.
